• Please ensure skin is clean and dry before application
• Peel off protective plastic
• Attach bra front to desired bust area. Shape for a more comfortable fit
• Carefully pull back silicone side tabs to provide desired lift and support before attaching to the skin
• Gently peel bra away from skin after use. Wipe skin clean
